The National Book Critics Circle has released the finalists for the 2020 National Book Critics Circle Awards.
The awards are given annually, and are divided into six categories: autobiography, biography, criticism, fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
We at Afreecan Read are so pleased to announce that Moore’s The Dragons, the Giant, the Women: A Memoir, and Serpell’s Stranger Faces are both finalist for the nonfiction category.
This year’s awards ceremony will be held on March 25 and NBCC Awards ceremony and will be livestreamed on wildboundlive.com.
