The Shallow Tales Review has currently opened its window for submission. Submissions will run from Jan 1st – Jan 20th, 2023
They accept fiction, creative non-fiction, book reviews, poems, one-act plays, cultural and social essays, art photographs, and translations. Anyone anywhere is welcome to submit, as long as the piece centers on “the sensibilities of the African.”
The Shallow Tales are committed to diversity; thus marginalised groups are encouraged to submit, especially the LGBTQ+ community.
Their last issue, themed ‘Transforming’, was published in November; read here.
