Dear fans of Jordan Ifueko, we bring you good news! Jordan Ifueko’s YA fantasy novel Raybearer is going to be adapted into a series by Netflix. The novel tells the story of a child with a mysterious upbringing. There is no release date yet. The adaptation is still in the early stages. The adaptation has been reported to be the first project in a newly-signed multi-year deal with Netflix
According to Variety, Gina Atwater will serve as the writer, director and producer for the series. Ifueko’s Raybearer draws inspiration drawing from West African oral stories and mythology.
