The EverLit Society, a vibrant community of creatives dedicated to driving positive social, political, and cultural transformations, is thrilled to announce its inaugural creative writing workshop. This two-week intensive program is designed specifically for fiction writers looking to hone their craft and push the boundaries of their storytelling.

EXPLORING THE POWER OF STRUCTURE IN STORYTELLING:

Under the guidance of seasoned writer and mentor, Shedrack Opeyemi Akanbi, an MFA candidate at Brown University, participants will delve into the ways structure influences the perception of a story. Through a combination of lectures and discussions, writers will gain a deeper understanding of how to harness the power of structure to elevate their narratives.
